How the eligibility screen works

1. A broad screen, never a certificate

The checker compares the profile entered by the aspirant with structured age, education, state, subject, physical and experience flags. It is designed to find opportunities worth investigating—not to replace a recruitment authority or legal notification.

2. Three honest result states

• Strong initial match: the broad rules did not find a blocking condition.
• Check conditions: subject, teacher qualification, relaxation, physical, experience or another notification-level rule needs confirmation.
• Not matched: at least one broad age, education or state rule conflicts with the entered profile, with the reason shown.

3. Authority-linked versus review queue

Authority-linked means the catalogue points to an official conducting-body website. It does not mean every new notification line has already been re-verified. Review-queue records provide nationwide discovery but are intentionally shown as conditional until a human reviewer adds the exact source, page, cut-off date and version.

4. Update workflow

High-traffic exams are reviewed first. New notifications are stored as versioned records, changed rules are flagged, and old rules should be archived rather than silently overwritten. AI summaries remain private drafts until a human verifies them.

5. Corrections

A public correction form and dedicated support address must be activated before public launch. A correction should include the exam name, official URL, notification date, page number and the rule believed to be wrong.
